Pros

holiday hours and months you can make an extra cash.

Cons

100% commission, hourly comes from your own money. They expect you to work at least 5 days and every Sunday. If not, they will text you, call you, or push you to explain why and you will feel pressure to pick a Sunday shift. Tier quota is always changing. If you don't sell, they get rid of you very quick. HIGH TURN OVER COMPANY. NO Lunch break because of pressure to not make minimum. They expect you to make 19 to 25 dollars an hour every shift, if not, they will send you back to NH for training. If its consecutive, you get fired. Sometimes they will send you far away (BOSTON, WALTHAM, NEWTON) to work. They take care of you by soft wording you so you feel calm.
