1. Decent money (If you can keep up with the constant change in commission) 2. Good benefits
Cons
1. Commission structure ALWAYS changes. 2. Claims that the structure change is to promote "growth" and enable the company to pay their employees more, but the numbers say otherwise. 3. Hourly draw, which is based off of whatever state you're in. Draw is deducted from your commissions so pay isn't as much as they claim in the interview. 4. They make taking a vacation difficult and the turn over is above average compared to most sales jobs. 5. No company growth unless you are willing to bend over backwards and sacrifice your personal time outside of work.
