Pros

Home/work balance is the best, 35-40 hour work weeks with the ability to make a lot of money, no cap on commissions, everyone we work with feels like family

Cons

I don't see this as a con but for some it could be. We are minimally managed. We don't have a manager in the store at all times and if you are not good with managing yourself and your time, it is easy to fall in to bad habits.
