As you know with being 100% commission based, paid vacation is a little more difficult. However, the flexible schedule and having an uncapped earning potential is often seen as a positive to counteract this negative. Over the years we have been very fortunate to now be able to do almost everything that Corporate stores can do; not having managers in store will often mean we have to call our support line to help as we do not have the ability to 'override' changes. We do encourage that market trainers spend time going over the commission and draw structure. For additional learning, we have an informative PowerPoint presentation as a resource that is available in our University (CSU). We take your concerns seriously and will work on making improvements to avoid other consultants having the same concerns going forward.
