Pros

No direct management - You don't have someone micromanaging your every move every day Flexible schedule - If you need to call in sick or take some time off, you don't need to request it if someone can work for you. Discounted phone plan

Cons

Pay has substantially declined in the last 16 months Turnover rate is increasing If you don't meet minimum requirements, you are put in a situation where it forces you to quit so you can't collect unemployment Training is broken and inconsistent. At times, people who are hired are not close to being qualified to perform job function No room for growth. Company has ceased to expand as of the beginning of the year. Rumors are the company is going to be sold in a next year or two.

Pros

You can vape in the backroom, benefits are decent, theres some flexibility in the scheduling.

Cons

Company is based on lying and swindling, pay is not adequate (if they even pay you) as the chargeback system is very one-sided. Arbitration clause and non sue agreements so when they force you to sell things improperly and screw over customers, they just make you pay for it when Verizon gets mad.
