I can only speak for my market... where we are not making $50k annually, more like half of that. In IL, management will marginalize you if you are looking for advancement so you're best off playing your position and hoping that your fit what they are looking for. As a sales rep, you are left in the dark about many metrics and reports that are part of your success. The commission structure is VERY misleading, as it's pitched to you as a great opportunity for 100% commission. The truth about the commission is that there's a high rate of charge-backs against what you actually earn, and it takes 60 days to see any of that commission.
