Pros

Get to meet and work with a lot of great people who are hungry for success

Cons

Pay structure was terrible, having to pay for deactivations when they stress signing up as many new acts as possible no matter who they are as long as they cleared a credit check along with any accessories that would come up missing at some point even if you only signed in that day to do your weekly paperwork sucks.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
