Pros

Flexible schedule And that's about it.

Cons

poorly managed environment from day one. No one knows where you're supposed to work or what you should do. You have to learn everything by yourself. You are sent to training after hired but not right away. You don't get paid for the first 2 months of working. Yes 2 months! It's 100% commission so you better sell sell sell! But then you are docked for any and all inventory including $600 phones that go missing from your shift.
