None everything worth working there has changed they micromanage and change rules everyday and management covers for each other and fired at least 30 people I personally knew in the last year for unfair reasons and by surprise

Mass write ups, micromanaging, unfair and management isn’t personable. Training is pointless. Once leadership doesn’t like you they will push you out the door and ostracize you. HR only covers for them they are not a benefit to the employee.
