Pros
Spiffs (extra commission opportunities for particular products) Clean and well maintained place of employment, interior and exterior area's are nicely set up to represent a Verizon storefront. Properly renewed and updated with product from phones to accessories to meet expectations of service. Starting employee's are correctly trained and are able to shadow highly qualified and top commission of store employee's to get a education on operation of both the software required for getting into customers verizon accounts, the software required to create an account for new employees, register any instore sales or cash handed over, make any changes for the customer and track inventory of phones and accessories that are in store daily.
Cons
There is always a coworker trying to get one over on each other competing to brag about daily or monthly sales numbers. ( Further past a boundary of balanced and healthy sales competition This company has a lot of locations throughout Long Island and NYC and requires shifts that are much further commutes than your primary store of work shifts. Not much else I can say bad about working with this company. It was my first company in this industry and I came to realize after leaving them that I never came across another company of the same service that was as fair, professional and well operated as this one.
