Pros

I have been working for Cellular Sales Verizon now over a Year, I must say I love it. First this company is 100% commission with no cap. This means you can truly make what you are worth. This job allows you to be able to build a strong relationship with your customer and provide an extraordinary service to your clients. Its awesome because here we work as a family, it is not a "cut-throat" company we work together to accomplish so much! This team is always there for you! Every time you come into a store you will feel the positive and exciting energy that this company allows us to have. This company also allows you to have a flexible schedule. One of my favorite things about this company is that the management are more like mentors, they truly want you to grow and exceed beyond your dreams. I have never had people in management who truly cared about who I am and what I want.

Cons

You do travel a lot, but the best part of that is each day is fresh and different. I use to catch myself at previous carriers getting down because it was the same routine and the same place each day. Here each day is different!
