Pros

I worked at the Kalamazoo location under Joe White and Gregg Judge. I only had two months of sales experience and they brought be aboard to develop my sales abilities. There is no better place to develop as a sales professional than with Cellular and More or continue to develop as a sales professional if you are already experienced with sales. Management is very patient and understanding and the potential for income is great! All of the administrative staff are very helpful and will help you whether it's their assignment or not. You will have all of the tools to do your job at a high level and can easily have an item delivered to you to make a sale.

Cons

Retail hours can be very demanding.

Pros

They say they are going to grow. Ability to make a lot of money. They have quite a few locations. Seems like they have structure.

Cons

I had an interview set for a late afternoon, going over the comp structure I had some questions and did not feel 100% comfortable. The morning of, five hours prior to my interview, I got a hold of the recruiter to get some answers. I wanted a few minutes to walk out of the room of people I was sitting in and do some math to see if I can make it work. When I asked twice if I can have a few minutes to call back, the recruiters tone had changed and they did not like that I wanted to call back in a few minutes. The conversation went sour when the recruiter got a bit pushy and said they did not want me to “waste their time” if I’m not interested. At that point I was extremely offended considering I’ve been in this business for over a decade and you don’t try welcoming someone into your company by pushing them or claiming they waste your time. So I said go ahead and cancel the interview, even though I had no intentions of canceling even after I got the answers. I understand people cancel or don’t show up to their interviews constantly, but being pushy on the phone and saying “I don’t want you to waste my time” is not the type of company I’d want to be a part of when there was no conversation about canceling.
