The people at Celluphone are very friendly and work well together. I truly believe that the CEO cares about the team.

The industry is not experiencing the growth it had ten years ago. So sales are not growing like the had in the past. Also, there is little room for advancement because of the industry's lack of growth and because most upper level positions are already filled.
