Poor management from Level 1 and Level 2 managers. The Level 1 doesn't even leave his office and doesn't interact with anyone other than Level 2. Very poor leadership and support from managers. Level 2 manager's have very poor man management skills, they only focus on their own individual targets. Poor communication from top level down. Safety used to be a number one priority but this has declined significantly whereby there are more accidents than ever before. The accidents are being covered up and downplayed to the point where it is brushed under the rug and forgotten about. The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) need to defintely have a look into this place because what the senior managers are doing is criminal. Lack of progression within the company. No structure within departments. Poor appraisal process. The company does not care about ones well being, they would have you working in the mill 24/7 if they could. Poor HR department. The HR department do not support the workforce. They are only driven by their KPI's and will do everything to not help you. The list goes on. Do not apply for this company whatever you do, you will regret it.
