Pros
The people are generally nice to work with. You get a free turkey on Thanksgiving and your birthday off. Those are the only perks. Occasionally they bring in pizza for employees.
Cons
Management is clueless about how to run a company or motivate employees. Everyone seems very bored with their job. Doing anything extra in your job is looked down on. Very little vacation time. Management likes to vacation around 4th of July, so employees are forced to use their few days of paid time off during this time while they close down. Management is not flexible at all with scheduling. The President actually sits by the employee entrance to see who comes in 1 minute late to make sure they fill out a tardy slip, just like in middle school. He also proof reads EVERY email that is sent out and doesn't trust any of the employees to just do their job. No room for advancement.
