      Pros

      Where to begin? This is one of the best companies I have worked for on all levels. Its more like a family. You are not just another number. Ownership is very down to earth and reachable. If you have a concern on any level all you have to do with pick up the phone. Very open to new ideas and suggestions. This is my 2nd time working here. Very laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      I am not sure there are many downsides. Well maybe if you are a Property Manager and one day want to become a Regional. The company is just not big enough yet.
