Irish Company - Sales Executive Celtic Tours Employee Review

I came across this review and wanted to respond, as I do not feel it is a correct assessment of Celtic Tours, the management or the team. Someone posting in July of 2021, only having worked 1-2 years for Celtic Tours, would have been hired just on the cusp of COVID, which had a devastating effect on our company (a travel company). Travel stopped in March 2020 and did not resume until August 2021. Many staff were laid off during that time and I assume this person. We were forced to keep a small skeleton crew, which did (and do) a fantastic job! Since travel has resumed, three of the employees that were laid off have returned. We would have hired a few more (not all mind you), but many have change careers and the course of their lives and were unable to return. So we are hiring again. We just hired one new person and are looking to expand our accounting department with a staff accountant. We will be posting the job soon. On a side note, our company has been owned by the same gentleman since 1972, not so new...and the people that are still working, the ones that have returned and the new hires are fine and fabulous and we could not be happier with their dedication and performance.
