      I started my Job as consultant and with full support of team and my manager I enabled myself at next level. Environment is good to work. Still it cab be improved.

      HR process is bit week. Need to evolve more on process

      Dont ever join this company Foolish management & Board of directors Internal politics Worst company I have ever worked with. They will ruin your Career for sure if you join here.

      I have been working at CELTICBLUE (More than 1 Year) Money isn't one, but plenty of other perks keep employees happy: flexible working hours working from home shorter work weeks a casual atmosphere free food

      Cons

      A click-oriented culture with few decision-makers. It takes a very long time to get things done such as agree on customer deal terms, purchase equipment, and make hiring decisions.
