      Salary was always paid in time

      Cons

      People are considered just a resource, like a computer, folder, pen,... They fire people for any reason, it does not matter if you have been 20 years working for them and being very committed. Everything was forbidden, and you work with the feeling of "fear" of being fired all the time.

      No Pros if working on a sublet contractual Work

      Cons

      Most of the work they do in India is sublet to small consultancies, and they exploit their employees. Late payments, no payments are common. If they are directly dealing with the work then its okay otherwise STAY AWAY.
