Pros
Great people with great motives. Learning atmosphere and coworkers are great resources. Creative, kind, and caring. Overall a good mission. Average + work environment and benefits. Could use improvement though.
Cons
It's a corporation with corporate interests. Good motives, motivated employees, and goals aside when it comes down to it, resources and time go into selling stuff while efforts to improve educational resources becomes a secondary hobby. Then again, it is the nature of the industry. It is a shame considering that the majority of the workforce is willing to work for 20-30% less than their counterparts in other industries simply because they want to improve the way people learn, but their efforts are stunted by the company's need to make a profit.
