The education industry is one of constant change, not just in terms of traditional publishing companies evolving, but more so in terms of how students learn. COVID has accelerated these changes for our students and instructors, but also for those in the industry, requiring us to be agile in how we work and support our customers. The need to put our customers first, and set the business up for continued success in an evolving landscape, has driven these past reorganizations – though as you mentioned, we have done our utmost to be transparent and dedicated to open communication throughout any periods of change.
