it was good, but it became worst.

it is bad overall bruh.

The upper management recognises your talent and provides sufficient opportunity to grow. Office environment and ambience is good. Transport is comfortable as bustand is infront of office. And metro works are progressing as for 2024. The company has ambitious goals considering its growth and has a diverse portfolio regarding the services they offer ranging from creative, software development and branding services. Very strict on leave policies but they understand and support genuine reasons. Townhall meetings is conducted monthly to address employee feedbacks and requirement.

3D artist may feel some work pressure due to work hours timings and weekend as it is 6 hours per week. Pantry or food facilities is missing.
