Pros
- Great maternity package which is transparent and available to view on the intranet (most of my female friends don't even know what they are entitled to at the companies they work for unless they ask!) - HR team are great. They listen and support you and have helped me on numerous occasions with challenges in my team and on a personal level. - Uncapped commissions including a very generous call time bonus (what other companies will pay sales people extra money just for hitting their call times?!! -which by the way the KPI is only 1hour 30 mins a day - that's less than 13 mins per hour and that doesn't include calling through your lunch) - Tons of benefits including free breakfast and fruit, yoga and meditation sessions, discounts at gyms and local shops, pension, free legal and money advice as well as counselling sessions for you and your family. - If you have a family or other commitments outside of work they 'get it'. There is no shaming if you have to go home early because of childcare issues or if you need time off for bereavement or long-term sickness. In fact they always ask 'what can we do to help?'
Cons
I think its a shame that other people have chosen to write such negative things. A company will never get everything 100% right and some of these reviews seem to me to be spiteful and sexist. Makes me question whether it really a reflection on the company or the individuals who wrote these things?
