People don't know how to communicate effectively in this company, and there is no proper guidance or mentorship. The company relies on outdated software technologies that are no longer in demand, which also affects our manuals. The office environment is plagued with politics, and managers often fail to communicate well with juniors, asking them to stay after office hours even when there is no work. The use of old technologies hinders learning and development, and although management believes they are doing a great job, in reality, there is no real learning or growth happening. Additionally, some individuals think they are managing properly, but they only create chaos, make noise, and scold their employees without contributing anything meaningful.
