- They really work with you on your scheduling. - The pay is great for a Customer Service Representative II - You will definitely learn a lot about how Government programs work.
Cons
- The training was good but could have been better. - Management was new and still trying to get adjusted to the new roles. - Needs to be a more positive work environment for employees.
