Pros
Started off as a positive, team-oriented environment. There was a strong sense of collaboration within the immediate group, and some flexibility in work arrangements made for a healthy balance.
Cons
After a leadership overhaul, the culture became more political and less transparent. Staff members who engaged in questionable behavior were protected due to internal complications, and that protection came at the expense of others who were showing up and doing the work. Even after the problematic employee was eventually let go, leadership chose not to acknowledge those who had stepped up—they opened the replacement role publicly rather than recognizing and promoting from within. Instead of encouraging internal growth, they moved forward with decisions that sent a clear message: effort and loyalty didn’t matter. This led to a very disheartening experience for those directly affected.
