-Co-workers on average are capable and interested/interesting -Relatively flexible, less 'butts in the seat' more 'get your work done' -Employees have more of a say in day-to-day running than many other companies -CEO is great, and level-headed, however is largely absent

-Weak guidance, mngmt can get scared and whip-saw plans in the 11th hour -Lots of last minute 'cold-feet' busy work asked for -Average to below-average comp
