      Pros

      The teachers, teacher assistants and some of the management team. The students. We did good things for our students.

      Cons

      CEO absent, never visits the schools. Budgets too small to run the school and always told no when asking for more, that would have benefited students. Bottom line is all the ownership is interested in.

      Pros

      The company is protective of the work/life balance. You are to work ONLY when you're at work. No one is encouraged to take work home or work outside of work hours.

      Close knit team, sometimes it’s fun, nice people, and you are making a difference in students lives

      Cons

      Some directors shouldn’t be in charge of things. Very vague processes and not a lot of training. AWFUL PTO. A lot of stress and guilt tripping
