I worked at Center Source Group for a couple of years as an Operations Director and my overall experience was average. The company offers a professional work environment with opportunities to learn and contribute. The team I worked with was generally supportive, and the management was approachable, though communication could sometimes be inconsistent.

Too many Colombians in the management

The company offers competitive salaries and adjustments for university, with day and night shift options available for students, especially for those who maintain great attendance.

The work environment can be tough with some employees finding it challenging to work under some operations managers and supervisors. Employees receive 2 days off per week, which is great but on a rotating schedule, and you must work during Panamanian holidays.
