The client advocates are responsible for high stake client concerns without much guidance, training or support. - Management fails to address tangible issues brought my client advocates , leaving them to handle interpersonal conflict and emotionally heavy work without supportive intervention. - No growth opportunity in a lot of the projects' client advocate position (barring few).
