Bare bones operation, declining organization

Great coworkers, managers and higher ups who care about employee feedback. Feel appreciated at work. It can be really hard sometimes and taxing, but the work we do is important and I've seen patients leave who truly have their lives changed by what we do.

Starting pay is not the best, it's a mental health field, so getting raises and a higher wage is hard. Work can be extremely stressful due to patient attitudes/medical problems sometimes.
