Pros
I enjoyed the work that I was doing, but the team I was apart of was quite dysfunctional. My supervisor was hot or cold and some days were very dreadful, depending on her mood.
Cons
What I was hired to do and what I actually did were two different things. I did express that to HR before leaving and when my job was posted again there was an in depth description of what the job required.
