I can't see any and pros of working at this company!
Cons
CEO Bruce Darling is a tyrant! He is abusive and will berate you in front of your co-workers if he is displeased with you. He fires people he does not like. Misappropriation of funds/grant monies. Expects people.to "volunteer" their time for certain activities, events. Having staff do lobbying activities during their work time. This company should lose their tax shelter status. The pay is very low, very minimal benefits. Atmosphere is chaotic.
