      Great work life balance, wonderful colleagues and work environment. Mission driven, respectful and motivated individuals. Professional development opportunities were abundant and encouraged.

      Pros

      Remote work, "feel good job", lots of days off, and less than 40 hr work week, not a lot of interaction with co-workers

      Cons

      low pay, low benefits, uninspiring leadership at all levels, Executive level is out of touch and the management clueless. Lots of greenwashing. "Historic" 50 year old company with recent layoffs says it all.
