They care about everyone that works there and for all their clients. The work is dedicated to service which has led to significant growth over the past 3 years. Diverse set of leaders who work in coordinated fashion without acrimony or dissent. VERY good benefits incl 401k, medical, more. The clients I have worked with found real value in what CHCI offers. Beautiful location and office. Communication with all of us has been very good. Love the lunches at the local Japanese Steak House, too!

Most clients are government agencies and that can mean waiting for client decisions.
