this job despite being an office job is more tiring than working in the service industry. they can’t maintain employees for a substantial period of time and honestly fail to treat their staff as human beings. the older doctor has a history of bigotry and they are both quite homophobic/transphobic. patients have left crying before. staff have walked out of shifts crying (me included). there is no room for growth. hard work/achievements are not rewarded; it feels like there is no pleasing these bosses. please don’t waste your time and save ur mental health by not working here.
