Pros include sufficient PTO, relaxed management.

Management shrugs off complaints, mostly women here and an extremely catty environment. Turnover rate is high and therefore front desk workers are treated like crap from the jump. Unprofessional attitudes. They cross train you in 3-4 positions but only pay you for one.
