Pros
* I love the environment here. It's flat, your voice is heard and your experience is respected. * You're surrounded by intelligent people from a variety of industries (tech, science, business). * These incredibly bright and talented people are extremely open and humble about their expertise. * You're able to tackle complex problems on a daily basis. * Pay is competitive, especially for the cost of living. * Benefits are excellent and beyond what I expected. * You're given complete ownership of your projects and allowed to solve them your way. * Impediments are rapidly removed from your path. * All of these great aspects are tied together by the ambitious goal of changing science for the better. * The catered lunches are pretty great too!
Cons
* There are occasional long hours when we've got a hard deadline but nothing unreasonable. * There are some growing pains due to rapid growth over the past two years, but it seems like the leadership is cognizant and actively trying to ameliorate these issues.
