      Pros

      Flexible hours. Love working with the kids and families. Program supervisors and training staff are great to work with. The CEO will sit down and listen to you.

      Cons

      Decent pay but not a lot of hours leading to it not being enough. High turn over rate in multiple positions throughout the company without communication to those in the lower positions, leading to confusion on who to talk with. No financial compensation for family cancellations. Seemingly no appreciation or compensation for those that stay with the company beyond 6 months.
