Working at CSD was a horrible experience. During my time there, we were severely understaffed and did not receive hazardous pay despite having to deal with blood and feces regularly. And on top of that were assaulted numerous of times by the clients. The building was constantly held together with duct tape, and it often took months for repairs to be made.
The higher-ups at CSD do not care about their clients or employees. They have a history of ghosting their employees or retaliating against them when issues are brought to their attention. This company is terrible and not worth the effort, even if you're trying to get your hours. They have a tendency to ghost you, and I've had to consider contacting the board due to their unprofessional behavior and breach of contract.
Avoid CSD if you value your well-being and professional growth.
