Pros

Great 401k match, used to get PTO upfront & be able to use it right away! Not anymore since recent lawsuit. You get a yearly bonus IF they make enough money. As long as you make sales they Honor you🙂

Cons

Management has & shows favoritism! Mandatory overtime. Chargeable time even if you have vacation time or sick time to use. THE METRICS ARE DESIGNED FOR YOU TO FAIL! Work from home but if u need a new headset they want a receipt to avoid chargeable time. I asked to speak with a manager about a concern I had with my sup & he stated “ they have to be apart of the meeting” I felt bullied & overlooked! Wasn’t able to express my concers out of fear of losing my job. The turnover rate is extremely high because they don’t list in the job description that you HAVE to meet a sales quota each month but once you’re out of training they will hammer you to sale! Expecting each agent to make 5+ sales a day on each call. Then they count ineligible calls as opportunities which is not accurate! The stress level of this position is worse than a police officer

Pros

Good 401k Matching , Work from home .

Cons

No downtime . Calls are back to back the whole shift . 18.50 an hour . They require that you sell on 5% of your calls so if you are selling there will be coaching side by side phone calls and write ups for not selling
