Pros
I have worked for a few software companies now. This is the best so far. It's great to work for a team that constantly looks for ways to improve. It's exciting to build software that matters. I haven't seen this kind of morale anywhere else that I have worked. The leadership team in Logan is exceptional.
Cons
I don't have much to compare to, but it seems that we are growing really fast. We have outgrown our space in a short time. The ownership seems committed to purchasing a better space for us, but until then we are sometimes elbow to elbow in our work space.
