Pros
I was accepted from the first day as if I had always been a part of the company. All of the employees had a strong desire to help me and make my first days in the company more pleasant. The onboarding period was Friendly working atmosphere is noticeable, from the moment you open the office door. Tasks are challenging and push me to grow, both professionally and privately. My team is providing me a huge space for progress and support along the way. However, I like the fact that I immediately got my responsibilities and projects. It gave me the feeling that I can contribute and that my colleagues truly count on me.
Cons
There are no negative things I could emphasize. The pace is a bit high, especially for the employees that are joining an IT company for the first time. The whole industry is expanding enormously fast, so it can be challenging to follow up on everything. After several months, I can say that things are falling into place.
