As a current employee at Centner Academy, I feel compelled to share my incredibly positive experience working here. From day one, I've been immersed in a supportive and nurturing environment, both from the administration and my fellow faculty members. The administration at Centner Academy truly stands out for their approachability and readiness to engage in meaningful conversations. They are always available to discuss ideas or concerns, making it a collaborative and open workplace. This support extends to my colleagues as well, who are equally open to collaboration and sharing their expertise, fostering a vibrant and dynamic working environment. -Food -salary - good internet -give teachers the adequate materials to work -is very clean

-google reviews are being deleted don’t trust them -they will tell what they want you to hear as a parent and teacher -make you sign a NDA to not talk to the press (that should tell you a lot) -students are academically very low - with high teacher turnover - Overcrowded classrooms not worth cost -poor leadership from administration - Ineffective weekly teacher meetings -Excessive surveillance with cameras and listening devices - Entitled parent culture and lack of consequences for behavior - Inadequate support from administration, despite appearances - HR serves the school, no safety net for teachers -give this big beautiful picture about the school but once you are in it you will soon find out how terrible it is -current teachers add reviews on Google so their rating can go up - all reviews with a single star on google have no comments because they are being deleted by the organization -if you are person with true teaching passion do not go there. They’ll fire to for something you said that they didn’t like, or try to do it anyway! -RUN AWAY!!!!
