Pros

Working here has honestly been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. The environment is fast paced while still being supportive. Leadership actually listens when you raise an idea or a concern, it isn’t brushed aside. I’ve been able to expand my skill set significantly and the company actively encourages training and certs. Work-life balance is surprisingly good for the industry. Expectations are clear and the culture genuinely values people having lives outside of work. Plus, the team is a great mix of down to earth, highly skilled people who actually enjoy helping each other succeed.

Cons

Honestly nothing major. Things move quickly, so if you’re not adaptable or proactive, you may struggle. But for anyone who likes learning and staying ahead of the game, it’s a positive.

Pros

CT is a really great place to work, with a strong MSP focus, positive work culture, and supportive employees. From the very first day, I felt valued and welcomed. The team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to support one another. The leadership team is exceptional—they consistently motivate and support their staff, creating a healthy and encouraging work environment. I am leaving only due to personal circumstances after a few months, not because of the company or role. I truly wish I could have stayed longer in such a positive environment. If everything goes well and I get the opportunity again, I would love to work for CT in the future. Thank you very much for providing me with this opportunity. I highly recommend CT as a great place to work.
