Built many friendships behind the teller line over the 3.5 years I worked there.
Cons
Upper management overlooks proper candidates for managerial positions for others who seek promotion and don't support their employees. In some cases managers wouldn't defend tellers against aggressive customers. Additionally HR overlooked offenses against tellers, failing to support them.
