Pros

There is a lot to like about working here, if not a lot to love. PTO is relatively generous, there is opportunity for advancement and on the job learning, we are not expected to take undue levels of abuse from customers and there is limitless free coffee.

Cons

Workloads can be overwhelming, cold calling customers is a pain, sales expectations can be unrealistic and the learning curve is very steep if you are not already versed in banking and finance.
