Pros

Personally, Schedule. 7:00a.m-3:00p.m. There is opportunity for growth into Supervisor position. Opportunity for raises as well. Even though what they do is very important seems like a small company everyone would know each other.

Cons

May be frustrating being on the phone all day sometimes. If you aren’t a people person this job is NOT for you. Learn to keep everything from your personal life out of the office.

When John was the owner, it was great. Except for a tyrant manager, John cared about his employees. Left once the company was sold
