Pros
The management always had objectives and work that they needed help with. Colleagues were helpful, kind, and great at training. Kind, understanding customers make the experience much more tolerable.
Cons
The same as any retail experience, difficult customers can ruin the experience. You can not always know where to find everything or every specification for every model of every device.
