Expected to work 6-7 days a week 12 + hrs. a day, constant yelling and threats of being fired.Owner of the company drives around plant on golf cart, watching workers and yelling at them. Plant is monitored by camera 24-7 which owner monitors from home and he will call at various times to question what you are doing.
